Girls' hockey: section pairings set

Section 7AA
No. 8 seed St. Francis drew No. 1 Elk River in the opening round, Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. at Elk River Arena. The winner moves on to play at the high seed Feb. 13 with finals Feb. 18 at Heritage Arena in Duluth.

Section 5AA
No. 9 seed Spring Lake Park /St. Anthony faced No. 8 Blaine in the play-in game Feb. 10 at their shared home rink, Fogerty Arena, in Blaine . The winner faces No. 1 Irondale Feb. 13 at Roseville Arena.
First round pairings at Roseville Arena, Feb. 13:
3:30 p.m. -- No. 5 Coon Rapids vs. No. 4 Champlin Park
6 p.m. -- No. 7 Andover vs. No. 2 Centennial
8 p.m. -- No. 6 Anoka vs. No. 3 Mounds View

Semifinals are set for Feb. 16 at Roseville Arena, 6 and 8 p.m. with the section championship game at the State Fairgrounds Coliseum at Feb. 19 at 7:30 p.m.
