Running: Mom of Elk athletes shines herself at Grandma's
Posted: 06.23.2010 Kathy Juaire-Daulton, mother of two two current and one former Elk athletes, placed 4th among 98 in her age group at Grandma's Marathon. She and Mike Niziolek were the leaders among a total of 51 finishers from Elk River, Rogers and Zimmerman.
Baseball: Rogers Legion wins on Peterson one-hitter

Golf: Elk boys place third in state
Posted: 06.17.2010 The Elk River boys had a strong second day at the state tournament and finished third, two strokes behind Rogers and 18 behind Wayzata. Chase Hahne shot a 32 on Friday and made all-state by placing sixth with 147.

Posted: 06.14.2010 The Rogers Royals enter the state boys golf tournament ranked No. 1, and the Elk River Elks are ranked No. 8. The eight section champions will tee it up Tuesday and Wednesday at Bunker Hills. Elk River also has two girls in the tournament.
